GJ Publishing (the original company) was started in 2017 by Grahn Smith and was acquired in 2022 with a backlist of 50 titles and renamed Awaken Publications. Awaken Publications is a project dedicated to helping humanity awaken higher consciousness through a deep exploration of oneself. GJ Publishing’s original list was curated by experts, therapists, and teachers to help humanity overcome psychological and behavioral challenges.
In the future, Awaken Publications will focus on ancient traditions, spiritual awakening, and sacred teachings. Additionally, it will explore healing modalities, sacred art, energy work, and plant medicines (see a list of our new 2023 publications).
